Michael Farrar

Michael began working in the industry at a young age and has experience as a pumper and a rig hand. After attending Wichita State University and the University of Kansas, he returned to Medicine Lodge and helped start Butch’s Roustabout Company. He managed Sunrise Supply Co., Inc. for several years before utilizing his entrepreneurial skills as the President of Farrar Pump & Supply Co., Inc. He expanded the supply store to three locations, while also starting Jack’s Engine & Machine Co., Inc. In 1996, the supply store was sold and remaining assets of both companies were consolidated into Indian Oil Co., Inc. In 2014, Michael moved to elect Anthony as President and Joscelyn as Vice President of the company. He still remains an important part of Indian Oil with his wealth of knowledge and experience..
